Taiwan Tea Lab is an open Taiwanese tea experience combining aroma, brewing, comparison and exchange, in two parts. Part 1 “Wie sich eine Teetafel entfaltet” (18:00–18:30): Teabay Taiwan presents the Taiwanese tea table, the aroma cup and a professional tasting set – a first doorway into watching and tasting. Part 2 “Der Weg entsteht beim Entdecken” (18:30–19:00): an open tea lab – move freely between the tea tables, pick and brew teas yourself, play with steeping time and infusions, compare teas side by side, taste blind and guess the teas, or pair tea with dessert. The event is held in English and German. Admission is free; for the best experience the event is designed for up to 40 guests – advance registration is recommended to reserve a seat, and walk-in guests are welcome.
