Contact name and email; event title (in at least one language), category, dates and times, city, venue with full address, organizer, ticket prices and link, performers or participants, a 2–5 sentence description; a link to the poster or key visual (only with permission to use it), the official event page and social media links.

Our editors check dates, venues and links, email you if anything is unclear, and add the other languages. Once approved, the event appears in three languages on the events page and calendar, in the monthly newsletter and in the subscribable calendar feed.
