Teabay Taiwan, a young team from Taiwan, joins the Taiwan-Freundeskreis Bambusrunde e.V. for two tea workshops with tastings. Workshop 1 “Taiwan-Tee zum Mitmachen” (15:30–17:30): an interactive workshop built around three fine Taiwanese teas – three teas, nine infusions; see, smell and brew the tea yourself; explore aromas with the aroma wheel; tea and snack pairing; join in instead of just listening. Workshop 2 “Taiwan verstehen in sechs Tassen” (18:30–20:30): a comparative tasting of six Taiwanese teas around themes such as origin, tea types, processing, roasting, ageing and tea culture, ending with a blind-tasting challenge. Space and places are limited (10 people); please register early by email, stating your preferred workshop — registrations are binding, handled in order of receipt and confirmed by the organisers.
